"Twirly-Girl" Baby Gift

I've given these beautiful pettiskirts for baby shower gifts and my friends and family have loved them!

These Ally Girl Newborn Pettiskirts are fun, frilly and oh so full!

This skirt is very small perfect for a baby that is 0-6mths. old- only 5 1/2 inches across at the waist and approx 8 1/2 inches in length.

The waist does have an elastic band and so it can be adjusted either direction by moving the button.
